The Official Companion Tour is custom-designed for parents, families and others who want to share the once-in-a-lifetime experience of the Tournament of Roses Parade.  Imagine the thrill of seeing your band student marching in the Rose Parade!  Get your cameras ready, and bring tissues!

Schedule of Events:

The schedule below is a tentative schedule.
  Final itinerary will be based on which day the All-Birdville Marching Band is assigned to perform at Pasadena Bandfest.  The final event itinerary will be arranged so that Companion Tour Participants attend events on the same day as the Band.

Full-service hotel located just two blocks from LAX airport. Complimentary airport transfers.  Centrally located to Band activities. Los Angeles Airport Marriott offers stylish, comfortable accommodations and four distinctive dining options.  On-Site Parking $23 per day.

We have a limited number of airline seats available on American Airlines.  Tickets may be reserved with your reservation for a Companion Tour Package.  Payment is not due until November 26, 2010.  Your deposit and payment on your Tour Package will secure and hold your air reservation.  Itineraries shown are estimated flight times, pending final schedule confirmation from American.

Interim Payments
The following payments are required to hold your reservation:
August 1, 2010 - $250.00 per person
October 1, 2010 - $250.00 per person

November 26, 2010 - Payment in Full (Charged directly by American Airlines)
